PURPOSE:To attain the n:n communication by using a 1:n communication control means for reception of data and performing the traffic control processing at an application level. CONSTITUTION:A status transition circuit 36 for traffic control is provided to a 1:n communication control circuit to perform the status transition processing in case the contents analyzed by a data analyzing circuit 29 are not addressed to a primary station as a track control function which executes the n:n communication control. At the same time, the status queue memories 371-373 corresponding to slave stations are added to the 1:n communication control circuit to save the control information and data on the station of the remote side decided by a data editing circuit 32. A slave station 2 is decided through a data code part of a text, and the control information and data on the text are saved in the memory 372 for the station 2. Then the text is written to a transmission data memory 33 and transmitted to the station 2. Thus the n:n communication is possible between optional slave stations that relayed the primary station through the application processing for primary station.
