PURPOSE:To displace a reproducing element in follow-up to the up-and-down motion of a disk surface of an information recording medium disk, by constituting a titled device so that plural parts in a fitting body of the reproducing element are supported by a supporting body made of elastic body, and also a permanent magnet part is contained in the fitting body of the reproducing element. CONSTITUTION:Between each end part Ba and Bb in a fitting body B of a reproducing element A, a permanent magnet 6, a connecting part Bc and a permanent magnet 7 are provided in series. Also, a vertical direction driving coil Cv1, and a vertical direction driving coil Cv2 are provided on the periphery of the end part of the permanent magnet 6, and the periphery of the end part of the permanent magnet 7, respectively. In case of a state that a correct needle pressure is applied to the reproducing element A attached to the fitting body B supported by supporting bodies 4, 5 made of elastic body, by supplying a driving current to the vertical direction driving coils Cv1, Cv2, the reproducing element A executes the up-and-down motion in accordance with the up-and-down motion of the surface of the information recording medium disk, in a state that it always in contact with the surface of the information recording medium disk D, in a correct attitude.
