摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction caused by in such a way that an electric current selectively flowed to an information memory means flows in the Josephson coupled element of the information reading means of other superconductor information memory device by separating electrically the Josephson coupled element of the information reading means from the superconductor layer of the information memory means. CONSTITUTION:On the superconductor layer 2 of the information memory means 1 an insulating layer 13 is formed, and thereon a strip-like superconductor layer 32 is formed. The Josephson coupled element 22 is so constituted to use the superconductor layer 32 as one electrode. When a bias current is flowed in the Josephson coupled element 22 of the information reading means 21, it flows through the superconductor layer 32 of the Josephson coupled element 22, stores information in the information reading means and can read out it.
