PURPOSE:To improve the input working of a CAD device by supplying video signals picked up by a video camera after digitization and data processing. CONSTITUTION:A handwritten drawing is picked up by the video camera 301 and supplied to an A/D converter 302, and input digital signals are stored in a picture memory 303. The video information stored in the memory 303 undergoes a binary coding and thinning operations through a picture processor 304 and are displayed on a CRT104. The video information displayed on the CRT104 is corrected by a digitizer 101 and a keyboard 103. Finally the drawing is written out fair and finished after receiving indications from the keyboard 103 for reallocation and rewriting.
