PURPOSE:To arbitrarily control the exhaust speed of the exhaust pressure sup plied from an apparatus by installing a secondary movable core which is installed at the exhaust port of an electromagnetic three-way valve and sets the existence of a throttle. CONSTITUTION:A secondary electromagnetic coil 8 is arranged in the vicinity of the exhaust port 4 of an electromagnetic three-way valve 1. A secondary movable core 9 having two kinds of passages 9a and 9b is installed at the exhaust port 4. The position of the secondary movable core 9 is controlled by the secondary electromagnetic coil 8, and position-set in the case where exhaust passes only through the passage 9a and the case where exhaust passes through the both passages 9a and 9b, thus permitting the exhaust speed control.
