PURPOSE:To stick a pair of substrates with high accuracy and exactly by comparatively simple constitution, and also to make them light in weight, by forming a recessed part and a projecting part so that the inside peripheral part of an information forming layer side substrate can be fitted, and also inserting and holding a spacer between each substrate on the outside peripheral part, in a pair of substrates on which an information forming layer is provided. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 11a and a projecting part 11b are provided projectingly on one side face of disk-shaped substrates 10A, 10B consisting of glass, etc., respectively,and constituted so that the substrate 10A and 10B can be fitted by fitting these recessed part 11a and projecting part 11b. Also, on the substrates 10A, 10B, annular information forming layers 5A, 5B consisting of a Te material, respectively are provided as one body on the inside surface of the recessed part 11a and the projecting part 11b which is provided projectingly, and also an annular spacer 2 is inserted through the outside periphery of the substrates 10A, 10B. Also, this medium is constituted so that an annular space part 4 is formed between the information forming layers 5A and 5B by applying an adhesive agent to the contact surface of the recessed part 11a and the projecting part 11b, and the spacer 2 inserted through the outside periphery of the substrates 10A, 10B, and fixing them. |
