Dispersive oil for a roll mill is prepared from oil mixture comprising 32 - 39 % triglyceride, e.g., cow oil or pig oil, having high or medium melting point of 40 - 50≦̸C and 40 - 42 % liquid oil and fat, e.g., soy bean oil or palm oil, having low melting point less than 10≦̸C by adding nonionic dispersant (1) and 1 - 5 % surfactant. (1) having acid value less than 10 is the product of esterification reaction between polyoxyethylene polyamine and oleic acid.
