<p>PURPOSE:To fix and remove easily a menu sheet, etc. onto and from a tablet by using the coulomb force of the static electricity produced at the adsorption layer of an electrostatic adsorption plate to fix and hold the menu sheet or drawing on the tablet. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic adsorption plate 10 contains a back insulated layer 11, comb-line electrodes 12 and 13, terminals 14 and 15 and a surface adsorption layer 16. An adsorption surface 17 is buried at about the center on the upper surface of the case of a tablet 30 via an insulated sheet at the same level at the periphery of the plate 10. While the terminals 14 and 15 are connected to a power supply circuit 20. Then a matter A to be adsorbed like the menu sheet, etc. is put on the surface 17 and the voltage is applied to both terminals 14 and 15. Thus the electric charge of a code different from the electrode is excited by a dielectric polarization phenomenon. Then the static electricity is produced between the surface 17 and the matter A. Thus the matter A is sucked and held on the surface 17. When the voltage application is stopped, the electric charge is lost rapidly through the layer 16.
