<p>PURPOSE:To increase the photocoupling efficiency of a photocoupling device by making a difference in refractive index of an epoxy resin and a filler as a light transmitting resin 0.01 or below. CONSTITUTION:A difference in refractive index of an epoxy resin and a filler in a light transmitting region 3 is made 0.01 or under. For example, a light emitting element 1 is a gallium arsenic light emitting diode, a light emitting element 2 is a silicon phototransistor, a light transmitting region 3 is the molded resin including a phenol resin denaturing epoxy resin and a crystalline silica as a filler, and a light shielding resin is the molded resin including an epoxy resin and crystalline silica as a filler and further including carbon as a light shielding agent. The refractive index of the light transmitting epoxy resin 3 is made 1.54 which is the same as that of the crystalline silica by denaturing the epoxy resin whose refractive index is 1.57 by a phenol resin whose refractive index is 1.51.</p> |
