PURPOSE:To obtain a complementary literal circuit in a wide sense by comparing an input current with currents showing the 1st and 2nd threshold values and turning off a window-on switch when the input current is equal to a level between both threshold values. CONSTITUTION:A window-on switch is connected between a signal line and an output terminal. While a current comparator compares an input current with the 1st and 2nd threshold values respectively and delivers the control signal that turns off a window-on switch when the input current has the value equal to a level between both threshold values. That is, the source of a current mirror 31 is connected to a positive power supply +VD with the source of the mirror 32 grounded. The grains at the output side of the mirrors 31 and 32 are connected with each other via a coupling node 35. This node 35 is connected to the gate of an MOS FET forming a floating switch 1F.
