<p>PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a microminiature and precise current transformer by a method wherein a primary side coil and a secondary side coil are formed separately so that the coil area of the primary side, whereon power loss does not directly effect on the characteristics of the title current transformer is made smaller and the area of the secondary coil, whereon IC and the like are connected and power loss becomes a trouble, is made larger. CONSTITUTION:In a current transformer T, an iron core IR is formed by assem bling a laminated iron core in square-shape, the primary coil N1 is wound on a bobbin B1, and the secondary coil N2 is wound on a bobbin B2. The bobbin B1 on which the primary coil N1 is wound around is fitted to the leg L1 of the iron core 1R, and the bobbin B2 on which the secondary coil N2 is wound around is fitted to the leg L2 respectively. The creeping distance between the primary side bobbin B1 and the secondary side bobbin B2 is pro vided sufficiently wide (length of E-part) for the purpose of accomplishing high withstand voltage. Besides, as a heavy wire corresponding to the current capac ity of the primary coil N1 when the primary current is large in magnitude, a copper wire is penetrated into the leg L1 of the iron core IR or it is directly wound around the leg L1 without using the bobbin B1.</p> |
