PURPOSE:To constitute a successor whose consumption is small, by adopting the circuit constitution using a floating switch. CONSTITUTION:A two-output current mirror 33 outputs a current X equal to a variable X inputted to an input terminal 32 to the first and the second drains. The first drain is connected to a node 36 between a current source 41 having value '1' and a current source 40 having value r-0.5 and outputs an addition current X+1 to a floating switch 1F. Meanwhile, the output current X of the second drain of the current mirror 33 is added to the output of the current source 42 having value '1' and inputs an addition value X+1 to a current mirror 38. As the result, the floating switch 1F is turned on to output the output X+1 of the current mirror 38 to a terminal 34 if the input current indicating the variable X is smaller than r-1 resulting from subtracting logical value '1' from the radix (r). |
