<p>PURPOSE:To improve the dispersibility of powder and the mixability with a waste gas and to increase the removal effect of HCl by providing plural pieces of injection nozzles of slaked lime powder on the same cross section of a waste gas duct. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of injection nozzles 3 for powder are provided on the same cross section of a waste gas duct 1 in which the raw gas G1 contg. HCl is flowed and the slanked lime powder fed from a slaked lime feeder 2 is injected through the nozzles 3. The slaked lime powder injected in the raw gas G1 is spread in the excellent dispersibility in the inside of the duct 1 and flowed to the downstream while being mixed with the raw gas G1 and allowed to react neutrally with gaseous HCl contained in the raw gas G1 for a short time and gaseous HCl is fixed as CaCl2 in the powder. This powder is collected together with the dust and soot contained in the raw gas G1 by a dust collector of the downstream.</p> |
