PURPOSE:To prevent an alarming condition from erroneously occurring, by systematically checking whether it is possible to enter a stand-by state or not in a predetermined time after the driver's side door is locked by a key, so that the stand-by state is made to be effective only when the confirmation is made. CONSTITUTION:An abnormality detecting means 2 issues an abnormal signal to a stand-by device 1 when an abnormality relating to burglars, such as, for example, when any one of doors, a bonnet, a trunk and the like of an automobile is unlocked by a means other than a key, and an alarming device 1 issues an alarm in response to an instruction signal from the stand-by device 1. This alarming device 3 is arranged such that no alarm is issued, even if a lock is released by means of an inner knob, until a predetermined time elapses after the stand-by device 1 enters in its stand-by state since the door is keylessly locked. Sensors 21L, 21R, 22L, 22R, 33, 34 are provided in opening sections of the automobile for detecting the opening and closing condition of door members. |
