摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high performance magnetostriction vibrator without loosing inherent excellent property, by laminating amorphous thin alloy bands of high magnetostriction Fe group having a thickness of about 20-40mum through a bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:The optimum thickness of a single alloy plate is different de pending on frequencies used. At about 10kHz, the thickness is 0.1-0.2mm. At lower frequencies, the thick plates are selected. At higher frequencies, thin plates are selected. As long as interlayer insulation is maintained, the higher volume occupying rate of amorphous alloy is desirable. the rate of 80% or more can be applied in practical operation. The composition is expressed by Fe1-x-y-zMxCryM'z. M expresses one or more kinds of Co and Ni. M' expresses one or more kinds of Si and B. The values of (x), (y) and (z) are selected so that x=0.05-0.3, y=0.01-0.1 and z=0.16-0.27. The alloy is compressed and molded so that relative density becomes 87% or more when compressing impact force is applied to the powder or a thin band of the amorphous alloy. Then the thick plate having a thickness of 80mum or more can be formed.
