发明名称 METHOD FOR SEALING SEMICONDUCTOR PARTS
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to judge printing quality by magnetic detection and to attain to enhance detection accuracy and a detection speed when optical detection is performed, by applying predetermined printing to semiconductor parts by ink containing a metal powder. CONSTITUTION:Ink 6 containing a metal powder is respectively adhered to peripheral surfaces of a transfer roller 1 and metal drums 3, 4 while said roller 1 and drums 3, 4 are rotated. Subsequently, semiconductor parts 7 are supplied to a printing part 2 and the peripheral surface of the transfer roller 1 is contacted with a region to be printed and a predetermined seal 9 is sealed. After sealing, the semiconductor parts 7 receive the inspection of printing quality by a printing quality detection means 8. At this time, because the metal powder is contained in the seal 9, the detection of printing quality can be performed accurately at a high speed by the printing quality detection means 8. Even when an optical means is used, the quantity of reflected light from the seal 9 is much and, therefore, printing quality can be detected at a high speed with high accuracy.
