A heat developable color photosensitive material containing at least a photosensitive silver halide, a dye-providing substance capable of releasing or forming a diffusible dye through a heat development, a reducing agent and a binder, comprising a support having thereon at least two photosensitive layers different from each other in color sensitivity to said photosensitive silver halide; and charace- rized by interposing between said two photosensitive layers an interlayer containing particles which are in the solid state at a temperature for a heat development.
