PURPOSE:To transmit data at a speed higher than the maximum terminal data transmission speed by assigning plural channels at proper intervals of a transmission frame, which is divided into plural channels, to a terminal of the other party of data transmission to execute communication. CONSTITUTION:Ten channels, namely, a channel 1, a channel 11, a channel 21... a channel 91 of a transmission frame 1 are assigned to a terminal (a) in a register 6 for channel access where channels are assigned for the purpose of attaining 1Mbps terminal data transmission speed. In case of transmission of data of 1Mbps, if 10 channels are reserved at intervals of 9 channels, it is sufficient if a buffer whose capacity corresponds to one channel is provided because the data transmission speed is synchronized with that of the terminal (a) side. In this case, since data is transmitted in the same manner as general data transmission using one channel, data is transmitted at a transmission speed higher than the maximum terminal data transmission speed without changing hardware especially.
