PURPOSE:To select the display of functions of keys of a keyboard matched to the function of a terminal by using plural kinds of key display sheet and attaching these sheets to the keyboard in accordance with functions of the terminal. CONSTITUTION:This system consists of a control part 1 of a terminal equipment, a display device 5, and a keyboard 2 with liquid crystal selection display keys 3 to which key display sheets 4 can be attached. Several key display sheets 4 are prepared for individual functions of the terminal. Key names corresponding to the operation function of the terminal and the sheet number are written on each key display sheet 4. The key display sheet 4 is set freely attachably and detachably to and from the surface of the keyboard 2 and is used, and through-holes 7 and 8 to which keys 3 and 6 should be inserted are formed in positions, which correspond to keys 3 and 6 arranged on the surface of the keyboard, on the key display sheet 4. The sheet number to be used is always displayed on the display device.
