PURPOSE:To eliminate the regulation of a circuit constant by digitizing a phase difference signal and a speed difference signal. CONSTITUTION:A rotary encoder 2 coupled directly with a motor 1 outputs a signal (j) of the frequency proportional to the rotating speed of the motor 1 to a phase control unit 6 and a speed control unit 8. The unit 6 obtains a phase difference between the period of the signal (j) and the period of a phase reference signal by an error counter 63, and outputs a phase difference signal Dp. The unit 8 obtains a difference between the output period of the signal (j) and the period of a speed reference signal by an error counter 83, and outputs a speed difference signal Dv. A pulse modulator 10 supplies a control signal pulse-width- modulated in response to the signals Dp, Dv through a motor control signal output unit 11 to transistors TR1-TR4. |
