<p>PURPOSE:To accelerate the dispersion and the mixing of powder into a waste gas and to increase the removal effect of HCl by throttling a duct or making the duct diameter partially small and injecting the slaked lime powder countercurrently for the waste gas flow through plural pieces of injection nozzles provided on the same crosssection. CONSTITUTION:A throttle duct 4 is provided to one part of a waste gas duct 1 in which a raw gas G1 contg. HCl is flowed and the slaked lime powder is injected in the position wherein the gas flow velocity is made higher through plural pieces of injection nozzles 3 for the powder provided on the same crosssection. The slaked lime powder is spread into the duct 1 from a position of the duct 4 and flowed to the downstream while being violently mixed with the raw gas G1 and allowed to react neutrally with gaseous HCl contained in the raw gas G1 for short time to fix the gaseous HCl and CaCl2 in the powder. This powder is collected together with the dust and soot contained in the raw gas G1 in a dust collector of the downstream.</p> |
