PURPOSE:To tune the rotating operation of a main motor with that of an optical motor by detecting the rotating speed of the motor, calculating the detected rotating speed data, and applying a reference clock in response to the result to a PLL circuit. CONSTITUTION:A rotation detector 17 samples the rotating speed of a rotating main motor M1 in the prescribed time width to detect the speed at every sampling to convert it to digital data, and outputs to a processor 18. The processor 18 takes a moving average, and applies a pulse corresponding to the average as a reference clock to a PLL circuit 19. The PLL circuit 19 outputs a pulse in response to the input clock to drive an optical motor M2. Thus, the rotating operation of the motor M1 can be turned with that of the motor M2. |
