<p>PURPOSE:To obtain highly accurate linearity by providing a conductive body having sheet resistivity smaller than the sheet resistivity of resistors for the whole of a stripe-shaped electrode out of plural linear resistors provided on a substrate and making it conductive and thereby trimming the resistor at few positions. CONSTITUTION:Linear resistors 1, 2 are formed on the substrate of an inputting device by sputtering etc. and plural stripe electrodes 5-10 are arranged for the resistors 1, 2. The resistors 1, 2 and electrodes 5-10 are made to conduct by respective conductive bodies 3, 4, and the conductive body 4 is provided at every 8 of electrodes 5-10. The sheet resistivity of conductive bodies is made to (1OMEGA/square) and made sufficiently smaller than the sheet conductivity (500OMEGA/square) of resistors 1, 2. In the case where a potential error of linearity between electrodes 5, 6 of the resistor 1, a part 11 of the resistor 1 is trimmed to make the potential difference approximate to a straight line 14 and enable to obtain highly accurate linearity by trimming small number of places.</p> |
