PURPOSE:A sliding material having a low initial value of a coefficient of dynamic friction and can retain a coefficient of dynamic friction as low as the initial value, prepared by mixing a silane-crosslinked super-MW PE with a metal fiber and a lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:A silane crosslinked super-MW PE is mixed with 30-70wt% metallic fiber such as bronze fiber, 5-15wt% lubricating oil and, optionally, a lubricating aid comprising a solid lubricant such as graphite or MoS2. |
