PURPOSE:To produce positive film at low cost by exposing to light photosensitive transfer color-forming paper provided with a color-forming layer and a microcapsule containing 3 different primary colors or a photosensitive transfer paper coated with a microcapsule. CONSTITUTION:A thermal transfer recording means is driven by a thermal transfer recording part 22, and a positive image is written in black on a yellow filter 16a, a magenta film 16b and a cyanine 16c of a filter sheet 12 by the thermal transfer recording means. Then light exposure occurs sequentially on photosensitive transfer color-forming paper 1 through each filter 16a-16c. Exposure of three primary colors to light occurs on the thermal transfer color-forming paper 1, and microcapsules of different colors not used for recording are exposed to light and cured. After this process, the photosensitive transfer color-forming paper 1 is caused to run by the rotation of a pressure roller 3, 4 and the exposed portion is pressed, resulting in the destruction of microcapsules of different colors not cured during light exposure and the subsequent color-formation of the contained dyes in contact with the color-forming layer. Thus the colors of an image corresponding to signals input to an RGB signal input part for the first time recorded on the photosensitive transfer color-forming paper 1. |
