PURPOSE:To enable to insulate and assemble without inner corona by flowing fluid resin between an insulating cap and a connector while holding a creep resistant voltage effect of the cap. CONSTITUTION:A connector is enclosed by an insulating cap 3 of a box shape with a bottom, and fluid resin 6 is flowed to between the cap 3 and the connector while holding the creep resistant voltage effect of the cap 3. A porous nonwoven cloth 5 is disposed on the surface of the connector to become the lower surface of the flowed resin 6, bubbles and voids of the resin 6 are suppressed, the propagation of a crack is stopped, and the remaining stress after curing is alleviated. According to the above insulating method, the filling degree can be visually observed, and filling without air gap can be performed. Therefore, it can be insulated and assembled without an inner corona. |
