<p>Disclosed herein is a device for dosing granular products, particularly foodstuffs such as cereals, rice, pasta and the like. The technical problem that has to be solved is how to design a dosing device capable of offering maximum hygiene guarantee and having the ability to apportion the product in a way that is extremely precise, yet easy to set or modify according to the requirements. The solution to the problem is achieved through a dosing device that comprises a delivery pipe in which are drilled holes of a size less than that of the granular product to be supplied, suction means connected to the delivery pipe through an annular channel that partially enshrouds the said pipe, and means which, when set in operation, interrupt the flow of air from the delivery pipe towards the suction means.</p> |
