<p>PURPOSE:To detect potential of the depressing point of an inputting device based on the content of memory and to detect the depressing point with high accuracy even when resistors on the substrate are not uniform. By measuring potentials of plural points on an electrode beforehand and storing the measured potential in a storage unit. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 6 is formed on the nearly whole face of one side of the upper substrate 7 of an inputting device 1. Electrode terminals 5 are provided on both ends of the electrode 6. Similarly, an electrode 6 is formed on the nearly whole face of one side of the lower substrate 8, and electrode terminals 5 are formed on both ends. Substrates 7, 8 are arranged to make the electrodes opposite to each other, and the electrode terminals 5 are made to cross at right angles, and united by a spacer 9 and plural projected spacers 10. Data of depressing point of the inputting device 1 is detected by a detecting circuit 2 and the data is added to a CPU 4. The potential of plural points of the electrode 6 is stored beforehand in a storage unit 3 connected to the CPU 4. The position of the depressing point of the inputting device 1 is detected with high accuracy based on the potential stored in the unit 3.</p> |
