PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent a blade from vibrating so as to improve cutting efficiency and endurance of the blade by forming a saw blade for metal cutting with irregular pitch between the portions corresponding to the cutting length of a work material. CONSTITUTION:In setting the pitch of a blade 12, when cutting with the saw blade 11 realized in an interval longer than the cutting length of a metallic work material with the digits in a table of random digits, for example, applying to pitches, a regular corrugation is formed on the cut surface of the metallic work material opposed to the blade 11, being caused by the vibration during sawing. This corrugation is so immediately cut off by cutting edges 12 coming in the next sawing that the corrugation may be removed in short time resulting in preventing bad influence caused by the corrugation occurred to the conventional saw blade, that is, preventing phenomenon that the work material becomes completely incapable of being cut, because the work material is not cut, but its surface is only rubbed. |
