PURPOSE:To obtain a glass molded article wherein the axial deviation of the optical axis and a mechanical axis is less and the core alignment is not necessitated in a post-process by transferring glass with a ring-shaped drum mold, housing the top and bottom forces in a sleeve and sliding them. CONSTITUTION:Since the required clearances are respectively provided between a ring-shaped drum mold 5 and a sleeve 1 and a tip part 3a of bottom force, the tip part 3a is smoothly introduced into the drum mold 5 and this drum mold 5 is mounted on a base part 3b of the bottom force. When a top force 2 is descended, a taper face 7a of a cylindrical positioning parts 7 is collided against a taper face 5a of the drum mold and the component of force in the horizontal direction is acted on the drum mold 5 and this drum mold 5 is moved together with the descent of the parts 7 and stopped in the position wherein a central axis 13 of the drum mold 5 is allowed to coincide with a central axis 12 of the top and bottom forces 2, 3. Furthermore when the top force 2 is pushed down, a spring 8 is shrunk and the press is started. As a result, a glass lens 6 wherein the axial deviation of the optical axis and a mechanical axis is extremely small is obtained. |
