<p>LOW TEMPERATURE BLEACHING COMPOSITION An improved bleaching composition is provided comprising: (a) monoperoxyphthalic acid and/or a water-soluble salt thereof; (b) a water-soluble inorganic bromide salt; and (c) an aromatic sulfonamide compound selected from the group consisting of benzene sulfonamide, toluene sulfonamide, ethylbenzene sulfonamide, dodecylbenzene sulfonamide, xylene sulfonamide, N-alkali metal salts of said sulfonamides, N-acetyl and N-benzoyl derivatives of the aforesaid sulfonamides and salts, and mixtures thereof.</p> |
