PURPOSE:The titled mat which has rubber elasticity and a high removal rate of dust, can be used repeatedly and is economical, prepared by forming a resin composition formed by uniformly mixing a PVC-based resin with a liquid plasticizer, a fungicide and/or a bactericide into a sheet. CONSTITUTION:The titled sheet mat for cleaning footgear soles which has suitable adhesiveness and fungicidal and/or bactericidal activities is obtained by mixing 100pts.wt. PVC-based resin of a degree of polymerization of 1,000-3,000, such as a vinyl chloride polymer or a copolymer of 50% or above vinyl chloride with vinyl acetate, vinylidene acetate or the like with 100-250pts. wt. liquid plasticizer (e.g., dioctyl phthalate), 0.01-0.8pt.wt. fungicide and/or bactericide such as 10,10'-oxybisphenoxyarsine and, optionally, a stabilizer other than a metallic soap of tin, a lubricant, a pigment, etc., and uniformly kneading the mixture and molding the kneaded mixture into a sheet by, for example, an extruder. This sheet is punched or cut to the desired size of a mat.
