PURPOSE:To make it possible to sustain the accuracy of fabrication in association with the abrasion of a grind stone, by feeding the grind stone such that a minimum judging unit amount from a means for judging whether the feed amount is required to be changed or not in accordance with a differential value from a means for delivering a variation in grinding amount is added to the reference feed amount from a means for setting the grind stone feed amount setting means. CONSTITUTION:A means 6 for delivering a variation in grinding amount, computes a differential value between the actual size of a workpiece 1 which has been ground by a rotating grind stone 2 and a reference fabricating size of the workpiece, and delivers the differential value to a means 7 for judging whether the feed amount is required to be changed or not so that the latter judges whether a minimum unit feed amount should be added to the feed amount of the grind stone 2 or not in accordance with an averaged abrasion amount of the grind stone 2 delivered from the means 6. Then, a means 8 for setting the feed amount of the grind stone 2 previously sets a reference feed amount of the grind stone with respect to the workpiece 1, and stores the reference feed amount therein while the latter is always delivered to a means 9 for compensating the feed amount. Further, the compensating means 9 adds the reference feed amount to the minimum unit feed amount. When the thus added value is delivered to a means 10 for feeding and driving the grind stone, which therefore, delivers a drive instruction signal to a motor 4 for driving a table 3 on which the grind stone 2 is mounted, thereby it is possible to sustain always the accuracy of grinding.
