PURPOSE:To obtain a nice hamburger steak having the whole smooth surface and beautiful finish without baking crack, baking distortion and baking shrinkage, by filling a mixture of meat with a vegetable, etc. in a cylindrical body, freezing the mixture, and slicing the frozen mixture in the transverse direction. CONSTITUTION:A mixture consisting of meat, e.g. minced meat, with another admixture, e.g. vegetable, is filled from a hopper in a cylindrical body, and the cylindrical body and all are frozen. Some heat is applied thereto to take out the frozen mixture from the interior of the cylindrical body, and the frozen mixture is then sliced in the transverse direction to afford the aimed hamburger steak. |
