PURPOSE:To connect to external devices at high efficiency by allotting inputting/ outputting devices to terminals of a connector basing on data relating to input/ output address information, number of signals and position of connection terminal. CONSTITUTION:Data of input/output address information, the number of signals and position of connection terminals are keyed from an operation panel 6 for each input/output signal. The data are recorded in a data memory 13 through an operation panel interface 15 and a bus 16 housed in a controlling section 2, and registration of input/output signals is completed. When allotment of necessary input/output signals is made to make terminal numbers of connectors 41-4n continuous, the number of connecting cables 51-5n connected to connectors 41-4n to which necessary input/output signals, accordingly, input/ output signals made effective by registering operation becomes necessary minimum in number. |
