PURPOSE:To suppress practically the rise of an electric resitance, to restrain completely the disconnection of an opaquer electrode made of Ni, etc., due to an electricity contact reaction and to prevent the electrode from peeling off by baking the opaquer electrode at a high temperature and in vacuum. CONSTITUTION:An optical panel is formed with the opaquer electrode having a thickness of 8,000Angstrom or below, which is subjected to the high temperature baking in a range of 200 deg.C-600 deg.C in vacuum. If the thickness is over 8,000Angstrom , the electrode is liable to peel off. If the thickness is below 8,000Angstrom , light is leaked, or the resistance value becomes higher, and accordingly a thickness of 8,000Angstrom or above is desirable. For materials of the opaquer electrode, metals such as Ni, Cu, Fe, Cr, or their alloys or oxides are listed up.
