OPERATION CONTROL OF TURBINE AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE:To vary the optimum load by controlling the variation of the exhaust- gas temperature accompanied by the load variation by a gas turbine inlet guide vane, in a complex cycle plant. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust gas of a gas turbine 3 is introduced into a waste- heat recovery boiler apparatus 7, and the steam generated in the boiler apparatus 7 is supplied into a steam turbine 13. The load signals L1, L2 of the generators 5 and 14 are input into a load variation rate calculator 23. The required value of the load variation rate which is obtained in the calculator 23 is input into a gas turbine inlet guide vane opening-degree setting device 25. The inlet guide vane opening-degree is adjusted by the inlet guide vane opening-degree signal of the setting device 25. Therefore, the optimum load of a plant can be varied.
