PURPOSE:To adjust the particles size of ink particles to a uniform value by controlling a particle speed to a definite value, by arranging a pair of ink head enclosures so as to hold a temp. control means consisting of a heater and a temp. sensor therebetween in a state opposing the back surfaces of said enclosures to each other. CONSTITUTION:A temp. sensor 29 is provided in close vicinity to a heater 28 and a power source circuit for applying voltage is provided to the heater 28 and, further, a silicone resin 34 is coated so as to surround the peripheries of the heater 28 and the temp. sensor 29 to improve the heat conductivity between both head enclosures 27 holding a temp. controller 30 therebetween. By this method, the ink present over the whole of the in flow channels of pressure chambers 22A, 22B... directly under a piezoelectric element 31 or a common ink chamber 24 is heated to uniform temp. by the temp. controller 30 and, because the heater 28 is held between the head enclosures 27, no heat is dissipated and the temp. of the ink comes to a constant temp. and the pulverizing speed of the ink also becomes constant while the size of a formed printing dot also becomes stable and high grade printing recording can be performed. |
