PURPOSE:To transmit heat to a surface of a ram part in an efficient manner, by attaching a radiator plate fitted with a heating body to a part where the annular rim part is held, while covering an outer surface of this radiator plate with a cover body. CONSTITUTION:A fitting concave part 11 being subsided in two steps is formed on a surface of a covering body 7 of a rim part 1 at a position situated in a part of the rim part 1 where a driver holds. A radiator plate 13 consisting of aluminum fitted with a heating body 12 composed of a positive characteristic thermistor is attached to this fitting concave part 11. This radiator plate 13 is flush with the surface of the covering body 7 of the rim part 1 and covered with leather 8. Therefore, heat of the heating body 12 is in no case transmitted to a core bar 6 so that it is efficiently transmitted to the radiator plate 13. |
