摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enable the adjustment of sensitivity so as to generate no irregularity in detection sensitivity, by assembling a bias magnet in a case in a magnetized state sufficiently larger than an optimum bias magnetic field before performing demagnetization adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic proximity switch is constituted by receiving a hole IC1 and a bias magnet 2 in a non-magnetic case 4 and pouring a resin 5 in the case 4. The bias magnet 2 comprises a permanent magnet such as a ferrite magnet or a rubber magnet and is brought to a max. magnetized state sufficiently larger than the bias magnetic field to the hole IC1 when assembled in the case 4. A demagnetization adjusting apparatus 6 comprises, for example, a condenser discharge type demagnetization apparatus and the condenser thereof is preliminarily charged. By discharging the condenser, a large current is instantaneously supplied to an exciting coil 8 and a magnetic field in a reverse direction is applied to the bias magnet 2 by the magnetic flux generated in a magnetic gap 7a to demagnetize the same to perform the adjustment of the sensitivity of the magnetic proximity switch. |
