PURPOSE:To reduce the molding cycle of products, while simplifying the construction of a device by a method in which an insert is pushed into the inserting hole of the stationary plate connected to the inner part of a stationary mold from its rear side, whereby a molded product is pushed out and is taken off. CONSTITUTION:At the state where an insert-metallic shaft 30 is set in a stationary mold 3, the mold is clamped. After injection molding, a heating cylinder 9 is returned and the mold is opened. An extruding cylinder 20 is operated, and the residual material in a sprue and runner is extruded from the stationary mold and is exhausted. When a pushing cylinder 15 pushes a pushing rod 17, the metallic shaft 30 on a supporting plate 19 is pushed into from the inserting hole 12 of a stationary plate 2. At this time, a molded product 31 is pushed out and received on a receiving tool 23, and then the metallic shaft 30 remains at the determined position in the stationary mold 3. Continuously, a taking-out cylinder 22 is operated, and the molded product 31 is taken out, and then the pushing rod 17 is returned. One metallic shaft 30 is again sent onto the supporting plate 19 by an insert feeding means 14. |
