PURPOSE:To increase the actual thermal efficiency by arranging an assembly apparatus including a partitioning rotor which is inscribed with a cylinder and revolves together with a main rotor and arranging two assembly apparatuses through partitioning. CONSTITUTION:In a cylinder 4, a circular main rotor 1 having the less inside diameter than that of the cylinder 4 is arranged with the shaft shifted so that one point on the circle revolves in inscribed state with the cylinder 4. The main rotor 1 and a combustion chamber side partitioning rotor 2 are interlocked through a joint 5. a suction compression chamber side partitioning rotor 3 is positioned at the delayed position from the partitioning rotor 2 with respect to the revolution direction. As the main rotor 1 revolves, suction compression and combustion exhaust are carried out. The warm water in mist form is supplied at the back in the revolution direction of the partitioning rotor 2, and cools the inside of the combustion chamber. Thus, the actual thermal efficiency can be improved.
