CONSTITUTION:A lock-up controlling means 3 operatively release the lock-up of a transmission 4 according to the request for the operation and release of the lock-up from a lock-up judging means 1 and a lock-up release requesting means 2. And even if a brake is pedaled or a throttle valve is fully closed during the operation of lock-up, the release of the lock-up is not requested if fuel is being cut.
