PURPOSE:To make a yacht body lighter in weight as well as to lower the center of gravity for stabilization, by constituting the yacht body with both fiber reinforced resin and foamed plastic materials, while setting up a battery in the lower part of a fin keel. CONSTITUTION:A yacht body is constituted of an FRP-make film 2 and a foamed plastic material 3 being filled up inside this film 2. An FRP-make enclosed tubular body 12 is installed in the lower part of a fin keel 10, and a battery 13 is set up in the said tubular body as a weight.
