PURPOSE:To produce the titled film having remarkably improved blocking resistance and excellent processability and transparency, and free from pinholes, by compounding a specific isocyanate compound as an antiblocking agent and specific inert solid fine particles. CONSTITUTION:A film having a direct light transmittance of >=75% at 555mmu wavelength can be produced from a composition obtained by compounding 100pts.(wt.) of a vinyl chloride resin with (A) 0.05-3pts. of an antiblocking agent consisting of the compound of formula R1-NHCONH-R2-NHCONH-R1 (R1 is 1-22C alkyl or alkenyl; R2 is arylene or alkylarylene) and (B) 0.5-10pts. of a surface-roughening agent consisting of inert solid fine particles having a bulk density of >=0.1g/cm<3>, an average particle diameter of 0.5-10mu, and a Mohs hardness of <=4. The component B is e.g. N,N'-distearylxylenediamide diisocyanate, etc.
