PURPOSE:To improve the drivability in the stationary-operation by installing a characteristic correcting means which receives the output of a stationary- operation detecting means and corrects the accelerator operating amount and the throttle-valve opening-degree characteristic in the stationary-operation of an engine. CONSTITUTION:A calculating means 41 receives the output of an acceleration detecting means 40 and calculates the opening-degree of a throttle-valve 43, and a throttle-valve driving means 42 drives the throttle-valve 43. A characteristic correcting means 45 receives the output of a stationary-operation detecting means 44 and corrects the accelerator operation amount and the throttle-valve opening degree characteristic so that the variation of the throttle-valve opening- degree for the variation of the accelerator operating amount in the stationary- operation of an engine becomes small. Thus, the drivability in the stationary- operation can be improved.
