PURPOSE:To improve vibrating efficiency by providing plural piezoelectric plates on an elastic plate most annularly so as to increase bending extent. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric plates 5 are arranged annularly, on the elastic plate 4 made of a synthetic resin plate or the like on the surface forming a metallic plate or a conductive layer on the plate. In Figure, 6 is an electrode formed by silver paint or the like on its surface, 7 is a lead wire connecting the electrode 6, and 8, 9 are lead wires. Through the constitution above, even if the rigidity of the annular piezoelectric element plates is large, the elastic plate other than the fixed part, i.e., a gap part or a center part is bent without being interferred with the rigidity of the piezoelectric plates, the bending extent is increased and the practical vibrator with good vibrating efficiency is attained. |
