<p>PURPOSE:To equalize a set traveling speed to an actual traveling speed and to easily vary the set traveling speed without any complicate adjustment by providing a traveling speed setting means, a detecting and counting means, and a speed voltage generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a counting end signal (c) is inputted to a control circuit 34, the circuit 34 sends out a control signal to a clock generating circuit 35 to stop the generation of a clock signal (d). The 2nd counting circuit 36, on the other hand, sends out a control signal and its counting result is held. Consequently, the state wherein a constant counting result value is sent from the circuit 36 to a D/A converting circuit 37 is entered and the circuit 37 outputs a constant speed voltage signal (e) to a driving circuit 13. Consequently, a payoff reel motor 19 controlled by a circuit 13 rotates at a constant rotating speed. Consequently, the magnetic tape 1 is held at the set traveling speed set by the traveling speed setting means 33. Further, the set value signal from this means 33 is varied and the generation timing of said signal (c) is varied to vary the traveling speed of the magnetic tape 1.</p> |
