PURPOSE:To selectively change the number of revolution of speed change by dividing a rear cushion plate which is placed at the back of a centrifugal roller of a drive V-pulley, into two, and making one of the divided plate travel to increase or reduce the number of centrifugal rollers which operate effectively. CONSTITUTION:A rear cushion plate is in contact with the back of centrifugal rollers 14, 14a of a drive V-pulley having V-pulley 8 and V-belt (a). The rear plate consists of a fixed rear cushion plate 15 which is welded and fixed to a spacer 10, and a movable rear cushion plate 16 which is slidable in the axial direction. Accordingly, the number of centrifugal rollers which operate effectively, can be increased and reduced, enabling speed change characteristics to be desirably adjusted. |
