PURPOSE:To enable the structure of a machine to be simplified, giving no shaving reaction force to lock mechanisms by forming a right side lock mechanism and a left side lock mechanism respectively in the member of the side of a right out side rim flange and in the member of the side of a left out side rim flange. CONSTITUTION:The rim flange 11 of right out side is fixed to a black 13 by way of bolts 12. A lock pin 16 is inserted into the pin hole provided on the block 13 capably of moving in inner and outer direction radially. The rim flange 45 of left out side is fixed to a block 43 by bolts 44, and a lock pin 32 is inserted into the pin hole provided on a block 31 capably of moving in outer direction radially. In such a structure, shaving reaction force is supported by the left side rim flange 45 having been fixed by the lock pin 32 at the reverse side of a head stock, and said force is supported by the right side rim flange 11 having been fixed by the lock pin 16 at the side of the head stock. |
